Raw Vegan Mini Flax Crackers

Ingredients

1/4 cup flax seeds

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 cup water

1/2 tablespoon ground sunflower seeds

1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon oregano

1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Pinch salt

Pinch pepper

 

Instructions:

1. Soak flax seeds for 1 hour

2. Add the rest of the ingredients

3. using a butter knife, create cracker lines. Dehydrate on a Teflex sheet, at 108 degrees F (42 degrees C)for 2 hours.

4. Transfer to mesh or stainless steel sheet and  continue dehydration for about 8 -10 hours.

5. Break the dry crackers

6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
