Raw Vegan Herb and Spice Omlette

Omlette

4 tablespoons ground almonds

2 tablespoons raw tahini (sesame paste)

1/4 chopped white onion

handful chopped parsley

The juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 cup water

2 teaspoons turmeric

2 teaspoons ground coriander

1 teaspoon asafoetida powder

1 teaspoon ground mustard

1 teaspoon oregano

pinch garlic

pinch salt and pepper

1 teaspoon psyllium Husk

 

Instructions:

  • Spoon – mix all ingredients except for psyllium husk.
  • Add psyllium husk.
  • Serve with freshly chopped salad.
