Raw Vegan Asian Veggie Dish

Sauce

The Juice of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon freshly minced ginger

1 Tablespoon Raw tahini (or sesame paste)

1 teaspoon nama shoyu or tamari

1 teaspoon date paste or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon favourite sweet chili sauce (optional)

pinch garlic

pinch salt and pepper

 

Vegetables

Favourite veggies, sliced thin or spiralized, like:

carrot

cucumber

peppers

cilantro

tomatoes

onions

 

Garnish

Avocado

sprinkle chopped walnuts

cashews

 

Instructions:

1. Spoon-mix all Sauce ingredients.

2. Chop the vegetables

3. Spread the sauce on top of the vegetables and add the garnish.
