Makes 4 loafs
Ingredients
1 cup flax seeds -ground
the Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup water
11/2 tablespoons teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon drops maple syrup
2 teaspoons coriander
Sprinkle fennel seeds (optional )
Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
Instructions:
1.Mix all ingredients until very smooth
2. Dehyrate at 42 degrees C (108 F) starting with a Teflex sheet for 1-2 hours and then transferring to a mash or stainless steel sheet for another 3-5 hours. The bread comes crispy on the outer side and soft on the inside. If you want it harder, dehydrate for longer.
