Raw Vegan Iron Boost Spinach and Parsley Soup

Soup

2 cups spinach
2 cups parsley
 
2/3 cup milled sesame seeds or raw sesame paste (raw tahini- don’t use cooked, the cooking destroys most of the iron)
 
2 cucumbers
2 avocados
The juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon rosemary
1 teaspoon cumin
A few curry leaves (optional)
Pinch salt and pepper
Pinch chilli flakes

 

Ganish

Pine nuts
 
 
Instructions
1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Soup ingredients until very smooth.
2. Using a thermometer, carefully heat to 42 degrees C (108 F)
3. Garnish with pine nuts
