Raw Vegan Avocado Mash

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 clove garlic 

1 large avocado
1/4 white onion
Pinch salt

Instructions

1. Chop garlic 4to 3 pieces and let soak in olive oil for 3-4 hours
2. Remove the garlic
3. Fork mash the avocado and chop the onion
4. Add the salt and mix

You can serve with salad, your favourite crackers, or flax seed bread
