INGREDIENTS:
WRAPS
4 coconut or paleo wraps
FILLING
4 mushrooms
½ avocado
½ cup fresh coriander leaves
¼ white onion
1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon chicken masala (vegan poultry seasoning)
¼ teaspoon paprika
pinch onion powder
pinch salt
GARNISH
avocado
coriander leaves
cherry tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS:
FILLING
In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend ingredients until smooth.
Place Filling on wraps and roll. Then cut in half.
GARNISH
Garnish with avocado, coriander leaves, and cherry tomatoes.
