INGREDIENTS
1 zucchini
1/4 onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoons rapeseed oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
Pinch: garlic, salt, pepper, paprika
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/8 cup water to blend
1/8 tsp onion powder
1 tablespoon Flax ground
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grate zucchini and onion.
- In a food processor or high speed blender, mix the rest of the ingredients, except for Flax seeds.
- Mill flax seeds into powder and mix everything together
- Make into paddies.
- Dehydrate 8-10 hours, or until dry.
Dressing:
