1-2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

- In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Crepe ingredients until smooth.
- Dehydrate on a teflex sheet at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) until dry enough to flip to a mesh or stainless steel sheet and then dehydrate until dry, (approximately 4 hours), then fold in half and keep dehydrating until mostly dry (about one more hour).
- Fold to half and fill with chocolate filling, then fold again to a quarter or even smaller, if you like.
- Decorate with fruit.
