Portobello Mushroom Burgers

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Makes 2 burgers

PATTIES
2 beetroots
1 carrot
½ zucchini
2 tablespoons onion
1 avocado
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon chicken masala (vegan poultry seasoning)
1 teaspoon vegan steak seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic
pinch paprika

BURGERS
2 lettuce leaves
½ tomato
¼ cucumber
4 portobello mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS:

PATTIES
Grate beetroots, carrot, and zucchini. Chop the onion and mash the avocado. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Form into a patty, squeezing any juices out with your hands.

BURGERS
Slice tomato, lettuce, and cucumber, and place between portobello mushrooms. Add the Patties.
