Raw Vegan Simple Tomato “Pasta”

Serves two

Pasta
4 Zucchini – peeled into spaghetti with a vegetable peeler

Sauce
4 tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
pinch salt
pinch pepper

1. In a food processor or high speed blender blend all Sauce ingredients.
 
2.  Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 3-4 hours.
 
3. Blend Sauce ingredients with Pasta.
