Makes one bowl
Spaghetti
1 zucchini spiralized
1 cup finely cut spinach
Cream
1 cup coconut meat
½ cup pine nuts
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon garlic
pinch salt and pepper
Garnish
pine nuts
olive oil
chilli flakes
1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend Cream ingredients until smooth.
2. Mix in with the Spaghetti and garnish with pine nuts, olive oil and chilli flakes.
