INGREDIENTS:
PIZZA TRIANGLES
8 raw crackers (approximately 2 boxes or make them here)
TOMATO SAUCE
2 avocados
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1⁄2 cup walnuts
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons oregano
2 teaspoons rosemary
1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
pinch garlic powder
TOPPINGS
Your favorite pizza
onions, tomatoes, peppers, olives, basil
INSTRUCTIONS:
PIZZA TRIANGLES
Cut crackers diagonally to form triangles.
TOMATO SAUCE
In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend ingredients until smooth. Spread over crackers.
TOPPINGS
Add your favorite pizza toppings.
