Makes two plates
1 cauliflower head – cut to 1/2 inch pieces
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped chives
juice of 2 lemons
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch salt
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) 2-3 hours, or until slightly crispy.
