Raw Vegan Pigs in Blankets

Preparation time: 30 minutes
Makes 20 small bites

MEAT
1 cup walnuts
½ cup chia seeds
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons nama shoyu or tamari
1 teaspoon favorite poultry or steak seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon mustard powder
pinch black pepper

BLANKETS
1 zucchini

GARNISH
Extra-virgin olive oil
oregano

INSTRUCTIONS:

MEAT
In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend ingredients until smooth. Form into balls.

BLANKETS
Using a potato peeler, cut zucchini into thin strips. Roll each Meat ball in a zucchini strip.

GARNISH
Garnish with olive oil and oregano.
