INGREDIENTS:
VEGETABLES
1 cucumber
1⁄2 cup radishes
2 spring onions
1⁄2 cup dill
handful coriander leaves
KEFIR
1⁄2 cup almond powder
2 tablespoons pine nuts
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon vinegar
pinch salt
11⁄2 cups water
INSTRUCTIONS:
VEGETABLES
Chop the Vegetables and set aside.
KEFIR
In a mill or high-speed blender, blend Kefir ingredients until smooth. Mix with Vegetables.
