Makes 1 bowl
Soup
1 sliced and dehydrated onion
1 peeled zucchini
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch salt
Garnish
corn
chopped chives
chopped celery
1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Soup ingredients until smooth.
2. Heat to 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit)
3. Serve with corn, chopped chives, and chopped celery
