Raw Vegan “Meat” Balls

Makes 1 dish

 

Vegetables

1/4 cup chopped chives

1-2 mushrooms

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 tablespoon red bell pepper

 

Meat

1 cup walnuts

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon coconut Aminos

1/2 teaspoon rosemary

1/2 teaspoon chicken Masala

1/2 teaspoon paprika

a few drops nama shoyu or tamari

pinch salt

pinch pepper

 

1. In a food processor or high speed blender blend smooth all Meat ingredients.

2. In a food processor or high speed blender blend rough the Vegetables.

3. Mix Vegetables with Meat and create small balls

4. Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 4-6 hours. Serve with your favourite noodle recipe.
