Raw Vegan Fusilli

Ingredients
1 cup cashews soaked 1 hour
2 tablespoons ground almonds
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water

1 1/2 tablespoons psyllium husk

Coconut flour mixed with salt for rolling

 

Instructions
1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend cashews, almonds, olive oil salt and water until smooth
2. Mix with psyllium husk and let stand for 5-10 minutes
3. Create Fusilli shapes
4. Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit), for 1-2 hours until outside is firm.
5. Serve with favourite pasta sauce.
