Raw Vegan “Fish” Fingers

Makes 6

Ingredients

1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/2 nori sheet
1/4-1/3 white or red onion
1/2 cup coriander
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/8 teaspoon garlic
1/8 tsp onion powder

  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, grind sunflower seeds, walnuts and nori (you can also do this in a grinder)
  2. Chop onion and coriander and mix with the nuts and the rest of the ingredients
  3. Dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 4-6 hours. Serve with fresh ginger, lemon and peppers
