Raw Vegan Coconut and Chives “Yogurt”

Meat of 1 Thai Coconut

Juice of 1 Lemon

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup chopped chives

pinch salt

 

 

1. In a food processor or high speed blender blend Coconut meat with lemon juice, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.

2. Mix with chives and add salt.
