Raw Vegan Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Serves 2

Wings:
1 cauliflower head chopped to 2 inch large pieces

Chilli sauce:
1 cup rehydrated/sundried tomatoes
the juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 cup chives

1 tablespoon rosemary
1/2 teaspoon chicken masala

or vegan poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
pinch pepper
pinch garlic (optional)

1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend smooth all Chilli sauce ingredients.
2. Mix with the Wings and dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) 2-3 hours, or until slightly crispy.
