Makes 20-25 balls
Batter
1 small cauliflower
juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1 tablespoon chopped dill
Coating
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon paprika
1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend cauliflower, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.

1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend cauliflower, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Add chopped dill and mix.
3. Make into balls and roll in Coating.
4. Dehydrate in tins, at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 2-3 hours, until coating is crunchy.
