Raw Vegan Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients

Beef and Mushrooms

1 thai coconut

2 large chopped mushrooms

1 tbs onion

Sauce

1 bay leaf

1 regular tomato

1 sundried tomato

1/8-1/4 teaspoon oregano or thyme

1 teaspoon olive oil

1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Pinch garlic

Pinch salt

1/4 teaspoon chicken masala

1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning

Before Serving

1/4 cup water

Instructions

Beef and Mushrooms

Chop thai coconut into 1 inch pieces. Chop mushroom and onions.

Sauce

Blend all ingredients and add to the Beef and Mushrooms

Dehydrate for 2 hours at 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius).

Add water and mix. Carefully warm up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (40 degrees Celsius).
