Sauce
1 tablespoon almond butter
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Juice of 3 lemons
1/2 teaspoon coconut aminos
Noodles and Vegetables
1 bag (340 grams) Kelp noodles
1 cup red cabbage chopped thin
1/2 cup mint leaves chopped thin
1 cup chopped parsley
1/2 red bell pepper chopped thin
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Garnish
avocado
sprinkle of red pepper
1. In a food processor or high speed blender blend all Sauce ingredients.
2. Mix sauce with Noodles and Vegetables
3. Garnish with avocado and red pepper
