Raw Vegan Fruit Pizza

4 bananas

1-2 mandolin sliced apples

4-5 sliced strawberries

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

 

1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend until smooth the 4 bananas.

 

2. Dehydrate the bananas on a teflex sheet at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) until dry enough to flip to a mesh or stainless steel sheet and then dehydrate until completely dry. (total of approximately 5-7 hours).

 

3. Spread the apples, strawberries, and cinnamon, adding your favourite fruit
