2 cups basil leaves
sauce
the meat of 2 Thai coconuts
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 teaspoon raw tahini (or sesame paste)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons coconut aminos
pinch garlic
pinch salt
1 cup water
Instructions:
1. slice mushrooms and basil rough
2. in a food processor or high speed blender blend sauce ingredients until very smooth
3. mix with mushrooms and basil and enjoy
