4 Sundried tomatoes that had been soaked for an hour
1 teaspoon tamari
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Pinch paprika
Water to blend
Tomato salad
2 tomatoes
1⁄4 onion
the juice of 1 lemon
1⁄2 tablespoon cold-pressed olive oil
Avocado mash
1 avocado
2 tablespoons Tomato Salad
1 teaspoon cold-pressed olive oil 1⁄2 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch garlic powder
Vegetables
Fresh cilantro
Red bell pepper
Carrot

1. Start by preparing the meatballs according to the instructions in the meatballs recipe. If you don’t want to dehydrate, just set aside, ready for assembly.
2. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Tomato Sauce ingredients.
3. Chop the Tomato Salad, then, mash the avocado and mix with the rest of the Avocado Mash ingredients
4. Chop the vegetables.
5. Assemble by rolling in lettuce leaves.
