Makes two
5-6 bananas
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
1 thinly sliced apple
1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend bananas, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add the apples.
2. Dehydrate in tins, at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit) for 4-5 hours.
